Please block your card(s) immediately and then follow these steps:
- Block ATM, credit and debit cards anytime under Services in Online Banking OR by phone at 410-321-6060, option 3, then press 2.
- Review your account activity. This can be done through Online Banking or Phone Banking.
- Contact us during business hours at 410-321-6060, option 5, to report any transactions that you do not recognize or suspect are fraudulent, and to discuss card replacement options.
- You may also report fraudulent transactions through the Message Center in Online Banking. Please be aware that follow-up documentation is necessary and your prompt response is required to complete the resolution of your claim.
- Please note that a signed Visa® Debit/ATM Card Application is required for replacement ATM and debit cards.
