SMARTMOVE Program

The SMARTMOVE® Program is a cash rebate program offered to all First Financial members and their immediate family members. Cash rebates whenever you buy or sell real estate through SMARTMOVE®. You must work with the specially-trained real estate agent recommended to you by your SMARTMOVE coordinator. A resource to real estate professionals anywhere in the United States.

How To Receive a Cash Rebate.

You MUST be a member and/or an employee of an organization enrolled in the SMARTMOVE® program to be eligible.
The SMARTMOVE® program gives you a cash rebate every time you buy or sell real estate: residential, commercial or investment properties.
Use the SMARTMOVE® program as many times as you like.
You are not eligible for this program if you are currently registered in another cash-back real estate program.
You are also ineligible to participate in the SMARTMOVE® program if your employer is reimbursing you for real estate services or paying for the real estate services on your behalf.
If you are committed to a real estate firm by a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement or ratified sales contract you are not eligible.
