General Withdrawal Information

In order to use any functions on the Withdrawal Menu, you must have the appropriate access level. There are three access levels that affect Touch Tone Teller, PC Teller and OnLine Teller. These are:

Inquiry Access: You may access account information, but cannot transfer or withdraw funds.
Transfer Access: You may access account information and transfer funds between shares and loans, but you cannot request a withdrawal by check.
Withdrawal Access: You may access account information, transfer funds between shares and loans, and request share withdrawals and loan advances by check.

Savings Withdrawal

This function will have First Financial send you a check withdrawal from your savings account, made payable to the name listed as the owner of the account. The check will be mailed within one business day to your home address. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.

Share Withdrawal

This function will have First Financial send you a check withdrawal from one of your share accounts, including savings, checking or club accounts, made payable to the name listed as the owner of the account. The check will be mailed within one business day to your home address. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.

Loan Advance

This function will have First Financial send you a loan advance by check from your line of credit or Visa credit card, made payable to the name listed as the owner of the account. The check will be mailed within one business day to your home address. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.
