General Transfer Information

In order to use any functions on the Transfer Menu, you must have the appropriate access level. There are three access levels that affect Touch Tone Teller, PC Teller and OnLine Teller. These are:

Inquiry Access: You may access account information, but cannot transfer or withdraw funds.
Transfer Access: You may access account information and transfer funds between shares and loans, but you cannot request a withdrawal by check.
Withdrawal Access: You may access account information, transfer funds between shares and loans, and request share withdrawals and loan advances by check.

Funds can be transferred between shares and loans on your account, and can be transferred to other accounts if you have setup transfer permissions in advance. Funds cannot be transferred FROM other accounts into your account; You must be logged into the account you are transferring from. If you would like to setup your account to be able to transfer funds into other accounts, please call one of our offices for assistance.

In all cases, funds will not be transferred if any of the following are true:

Funds are not available in the share or loan you are transferring from.
You have reached the maximum number of allowed transfers from a share with transfer restrictions.
You have selected to transfer funds from and to the same share.

Share to Share Transfer

You may use this function to transfer funds from any share in your account to any share in your account, and to shares in other accounts if you have permission to transfer to other accounts. You will be prompted to select which shares to transfer from and to.

You may use this function in place of the Savings to Checking Transfer or the Checking to Savings Transfer. You may also use this to transfer to and from special share accounts, including your Summer Pay Plan and Christmas Club.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and press the Continue button. If you need assistance entering a dollar amount, please see the help section on entering dollar amounts.

You will be prompted to confirm the transaction. Once you confirm the transfer, it takes effect immediately.

Share to Loan Transfer

You may use this function to transfer funds from any share on your account to a loan to make a loan payment. If you have more than one share or more than one loan, you will be prompted to select which shares and loans you desire. In addition, if your account is setup to transfer funds to other accounts, you will have the option to make a loan payment for a loan in another account.

You may use this function in place of the Savings to Loan Transfer or the Checking to Loan Transfer. You may also use this to transfer from special share accounts, including your Summer Pay Plan and Christmas Club.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and press the Continue button. If you need assistance entering a dollar amount, please see the help section on entering dollar amounts.

Loan to Share Transfer

You may use this function to transfer funds from an open-end loan to any share in your account, and to shares in other accounts if you have permission to transfer to other accounts. This will result in a cash advance from your line of credit or credit card. You will be prompted to select which shares to transfer to.

You may use this function in place of the Loan to Savings Transfer or the Loan to Checking Transfer. You may also use this to transfer to special share accounts, including your Summer Pay Plan and Christmas Club.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and press the Continue button. If you need assistance entering a dollar amount, please see the help section on entering dollar amounts.

You will be prompted to confirm the transaction. Once you confirm the transfer, it takes effect immediately.

Loan Payment Inquiry

Select a loan and you will receive the next loan payment and due date for that loan.

If you have only one loan on your account, that loan's transactions will be displayed automatically.

Loan Payoff Amount

Select a loan and a loan payoff date, and you will receive the payoff amount for that loan on the requested date. This payoff amount is valid as of the time it is calculated by our system, and could be affected by payments and loan advances received after the payoff amount was calculated.

Payoff dates can be calculated for the current month only. If you wish to receive a payoff amount for a date in the next month, you will need to call one of our offices for assistance.
