Message Board Introduction

The Message Board is a place to send simple, secure messages to and from First Financial's Member Services staff. If you have questions about your account, about OnLine Teller or would like additional information mailed to you, you may leave a message on your private Message Board and it will be answered by our staff within two business days.

If you need information quickly, your best option is to call one of our offices directly. If your message does not contain confidential information (such as your account number, card number or account balance) you may also send e-mail to First Financial.

Because of the nature of our Message Board, messages are limited a title and up to 10 lines of text, with each line no more than 40 characters long. If you need to send a longer message, or if our response requires more space, please try one of the two options above, either calling one of our offices or sending e-mail.

List Messages

When you first enter the Message Board, you will receive a list of messages from First Financial for you, and a list of messages that you have left for First Financial. You may press the List Messages link at any time to update the message lists.

If you click on a message title, you can read the entire message and you have the option of deleting that message.

Leave Messages

This feature allows you to send a short, secure message to the Member Services staff at First Financial. You must enter a a title and at least one line of text for your message. You may enter up to 11 lines of information as your message. When you are finished, press the Continue button and you will receive a preview of your message. You may then save the message, revise it or cancel the message.

Delete Messages

You may delete messages while you are reading them, or by using the Delete Messages link on the Message Board page. If you select the Delete Messages link, you will be given a list of your current messages, and you may delete any or all messages at one time. You will be prompted to confirm your choice before any messages are actually deleted.

Messages over 1 year old will be deleted automatically.
