How to move around in OnLine TellerFrom any menu, click the link for the option that you wish to choose. If you choose an incorrect menu option and you would like to go back to the previous menu or the main menu, you may click the appropriate link. Some functions do not allow you to use your browser's "Back" button to repeat a function. For example, if you complete a balance transfer or withdrawal request, then press the "Back" button and try to repeat the transaction, you will receive the following error message: You have attempted to execute the same transaction twice. If you wish to repeat a transaction, you must initiate a new transaction from the transfer or withdrawal menu. For security reasons, once you logoff OnLine Teller your session is ended and is no longer valid. However, if you leave your browser window open, you will still be able to press the "Back" button and see your OnLine Teller session pages. Since your session has ended, none of the menu buttons or features will work after you have logged off. To protect your financial information, First Financial recommends that you close your browser window after you complete your OnLine Teller session and have pressed the logoff button. How to enter dollar amountsWhen prompted to enter a dollar amount for transactions and withdrawals, you must specify both dollars and cents, and you may use commas or dollar signs. For example, to specify $200 enter 20000, or 200.00, or $200.00. Be careful: If you enter 200, $200 or $200., the system will interpret your entry as $2.00 If you enter an amount that is less than $1.00, you will receive a warning message. This is not an error messages, but it is intended to warn you that the amount you entered may not be correct. If you intended to enter an amount less than $1.00, you may ignore this message. How to stop the Pop-up BoxWhen you logon to OnLine Teller, a pop-up box will appear on your computer, informing you of when you last logged on to OnLine Teller, when someone last tried to logon with an invalid access code, and how many incorrect access codes were tried since you last successfully logged on to OnLine Teller, PC Teller or Touch Tone Teller. This is a feature of the initial Account Summary screen that you see when you first logon to OnLine Teller. If you press that Account Summary menu button during your session, this pop-up box will not reappear. However, if you view one of the menu items or features of OnLine Teller and then press the Back button, the pop-up box may reappear on your screen. To prevent the pop-up box from reappearing, either avoid using the Back button or press the Account Summary menu button to refresh the summary screen and remove the pop-up box.
