What are eStatements?An eStatement is an electronic version of your regular First Financial Federal Credit Union statement you normally receive in the mail. They're faster, easier to store for your records, and save paper. Our eStatements are designed to look almost identical to your traditional paper statement. Is there a charge to receive an eStatement?No, it's another FREE service from First Financial. Can I receive a paper statement as well as an eStatement?No. You can either receive a paper statement or an eStatement. You cannot receive both. While you will not be receiving a paper statement, the online statements may be printed or saved to your computer. You will also have access to your statement online for over one year from the date of the statement. What kind of computer equipment and software program is needed to use First Financial's eStatements?You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to access your eStatements, just a computer, Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, CompuServe 2000, and AOL 5.0 or higher provide the security encryption required for First Financial's eStatement program. In addition, you must have a valid, working email account to receive notifications. You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software(version 4.0 or higher). How do I enroll?It's easy. You log in to OnLine Teller and select "eStatements" from the menu. Verify or enter your email address then click "Enroll me now!". Read the disclosure statement and click "I ACCEPT!". How will I know when my eStatement is ready?When your eStatement is ready for viewing, you will receive an email telling you to log on to OnLine Teller, click on 'eStatement' and 'Get my eStatement' for your eStatement. The email address used for this purpose is the address you supplied at registration. How do I change my email address?Click on the "eStatements" link located on the left side of the page in OnLine Teller. Update your e-mail address under "New E-Mail Address", then click "Change my email address". A verification page will be displayed with "Your email address has been changed to " and your new email address. What if I want to cancel my eStatement?You can switch back to a paper statement at any time. To cancel, click on the "eStatement" link in OnLine Teller. Click "Switch me back to paper statements". Click "yes" to "Are you sure you want to revert to paper statements?" and then Continue. You have successfully switched back to paper statements. |
