Official Sweepstakes Rules
No Purchase or Loan Applications Necessary.
1. TO ENTER: Refer a family member to join and receive one entry per family member referred during April and May; referred family member opening a new account receives one entry. Open a new account or obtain instruction by: (1) Calling 410-321-6060, Option 4 or 1-800-903-3328, Option 4; (2) Visiting First Financial Federal Credit Union's website at www.firstfinancial.org ; (3) Visiting your local First Financial Federal Credit Union branch location. Entry may also be made by adding a new product/service from the designated 'grow your green' product/service list. 'Grow your green' products/services include a new checking account, a new money certificate, a new IRA account, a new Club account, a new Money Market account, initiating or increasing payroll deduction, initiating direct deposit and signing up for eStatements. If you do not wish to refer a family member or add a 'grow your green' product but wish to enter the sweepstakes, you may enter by mailing a 3"x5" piece of paper, on which you have hand-printed your name, complete address, zip code, phone number, date of birth, and the words: "Get Your Green Back" Sweepstakes . Mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: First Financial's “ Get Your Green Back” Sweepstakes, 1215 York Road, Lutherville, Maryland 21093. Limit one mailed entry per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2008 and received by June 6, 2008. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied mailed entries are void. Sweepstakes ends 11:59:59 PM ET May 31, 2008.
2. PRIZES: Three $1,000 cash awards. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about June 9, 2008 by automated, random selection. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone and/or mail.
3. GENERAL RULES: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by the sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late mailed applications or entries. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, photographs and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. The sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules.
4. ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes open to First Financial Federal Credit Union members 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees, Committee Members and Directors of First Financial Federal Credit Union and their families. This offer is void where prohibited.
5. WINNERS LIST: For the name of winner, send a stamped, self addressed envelope by 6/30/08 to: First Financial Federal Credit Union's "Get Your Green Back " Sweepstakes Winner, 1215 York Road, Lutherville, Maryland 21093.
