Membership Application

Joining First Financial’s membership has now become easier! Simply print out and complete the Member Identification Form and Account/Services Application and you are on your way towards becoming a member of our Credit Union! You can mail the forms or bring them to any First Financial office. To process the application, you will need to provide a valid form of identification. Valid forms of identification include a driver’s license, state issued identification, passport, or Military identification. Upon receipt of all the necessary documentation listed above, we will review your application, verify membership eligibility, and process the application promptly. The only requirement to open the account and keep it open is $5 into a savings account.

If you mail in your application, please include the necessary forms along with an enlarged, color copy of your identification and $5 deposit. Within 7 to 10 business days of your application approval, you will receive an Account Disclosure Packet by mail.
