First Financial offers an easy-to-use electronic bill payment system for the credit union and its members. EZ-Pay is a reliable, secure and affordable ways to pay your bills automatically. Pay up to 7 bills per month for just $4.00 per month.

Automatic Payment from your Checking Account

Many companies offer an automatic debit program, where the amount you owe is paid automatically from your checking account on the day it is due. You will never have to worry about making a late payment, and you never pay your bills early, so the money stays in your checking account for as long as possible, earning dividends for you.

You'll still get a bill showing the amount you owe and the payment due date. You can enter the amount in your check register and not do another thing. On the date your bill is due, the funds will be automatically deducted from your checking account and your bill will be paid.

This service is offered by many utilities, include gas, electric, telephone and cable companies. In addition, most insurance companies, online services, fitness clubs and investment companies will be happy to set you up for direct payments, all at no charge! If you don't see a form for a company you pay every month, just give them a call and ask about their direct payment or direct debit program. Plus, if you wish to send a copy of the blank form to First Financial, we will be happy to add it to our list of forms so that other members can use this service.

Automate your First Financial Loan Payments

First Financial Federal Credit Union of Maryland will give you a 1/2% discount on your loan's interest rate if you pay your loan automatically! This means that if you setup automatic transfers from your checking or savings account to pay your loan, you will be charged less interest, you'll save money and you'll either have lower loan payments or your loan will be paid off faster than if you paid your loan manually.

Most First Financial loans are eligible for this discount, with the exception of share-secured loans, some mortgages and certain signature loans and lines of credit.
