form to tell First Financial whether or not you want to receive informational flyers, product
announcements and loan offers by mail or e-mail. Member Service Comments Form. Use this secure
form for the most immediate response to your complaints, comments. Emails through this form will be answered primarily by our Member Services Department. Specific account questions and change of address should be made through the Online Teller Message System. Supervisory Committee Comments Form.
The Supervisory Committee is responsible for the audit function and internal controls of the Credit Union. As such, if you have a concern regarding the accuracy or integrity of your account or existing loan with First Financial use this secure form
