Account Representatives, (Tellers), Full Time
| Duties Include: |
Cross-selling Credit Union products and services to existing members. Receiving and processing over-the-counter and mail
transactions. Opening new accounts. Basic branch operations. Providing excellent member service.

Lutherville Office
Interviews and training will take place at the Lutherville location. |
| Salary: |
Starting $11.76/hour |
| Hours: |
40 Hour Work Week
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Workdays include a one hour unpaid lunch. |
| Benefits: |
For you and your dependents First Financial will pay:
90% of the premium cost for the HMO health.
65% of the premium cost for the DMO dental plan.
50% of the premium cost for Vision coverage.
As an employee of First Financial you will receive:
Life insurance coverage equal to 2 times your salary

Paid time off - New employees earn up to 10 days per calendar year of vacation leave and up to 7 days of paid time off for sick leave

Eligible First Financial employees receive a generous contribution to their 401 (k) plan. No contribution is necessary and First Financial will contribute at least 6% of employee's earnings.

| Requirements: |
Entry-level position; therefore, prior experience not required. Applicants should have excellent customer service, computer skills and an enthusiastic sales aptitude. Prior teller or cash handling experience is preferred. College education a plus. Must have the ability to travel to our other locations around the beltway. |
